Answers: Just pay attention where you plant them..over sidewalks, portico, near a driveway will grounds you many headache if it is a fruit bearing one...The berries ripen and stain everything surrounded by site plus the birds love them..they will set in them adjectives day intake the ripening fruit and literaly poop purple on anything near or below it..
I assume you mean "Mulberry" tree. If so, afterwards yes, you can transplant them just more or less any time of year, except I wouldn't attempt during mid-winter in NY. Mulberry trees, from my experience, are intensely hearty trees and can be smoothly transplanted. Just make sure you verbs far enough away as not to cut too plentiful roots. Although, I have uprooted an elder tree, tossed the stump with some roots still attached into the corner of my patio, and a few months later it be growing again!
