Crab apple trees along beside citrus trees all necessitate to be pollenated. avocado trees you need 2 surrounded by order to produce fruit.
Congratulations on a BEAUTIFUL flowering tree!
I'm thinking you do not enjoy acidic soil. Or I don`t know it is not well drained soil. Go here for information:

Go to or bid a local nursery and ask if your area have acidic soil. If not, ask what can be done for your tree.
Answers: I found this which might be of use to you...
"Q: I have a radiant crab tree that be planted in the spring of 1999. It have been growing of late fine, but it never has any blossoms or berries. (Harvey, N.D.)
A: I grill whether it is a crabapple. If it is, it may not be a true radiant crabapple or a variety that is to say hardy enough for our nouns. You can try traumatic stimulation to get it to bloom subsequent year. Avoid fertilizing with nitrogen. At the outer boundary of the canopy, nick a straight-edged spade and drive it into the soil as far as possible in four to six places. This will cut some of the roots and hopefully shock or stimulate the plant to step into a reproductive cycle. It may just be living too much of the fitting life and not hold the motivation to go into a reproductive cycle."
