Answers:    Peppers do not respond to nitrogen at all.which is present within alot of tomato foods... They need in recent times good rich composted soil is adjectives...I spray some epsom salt on mine every 2 months... This is your problem...DFO NOT FERTILIZE..if anything put a pile of well-mannered rich compost around each plant more or less 3 inches thick...You can sprinkle roughly tablespoon of epsom salt per foot elevation of plant around the base of them and dampen it slightly..this gives it a well-mannered magnesium and sulfer boost...This pertains to hot or sweet pepper plants

Check whether your plant is getting enough sun pallid, also check the fertilizer you use for the N-P-K ratio; which normally stated within number like 5-10-5 represent the percentage of nitrogen (N) promote branch growth; phosphorus(P) foster strong roots, hastens maturation, and is essential for fruit and pip development; potassium(K) also know as potash, is called for for cell division in buds and roots; look for fertilizer which is sophisticated in P for we want to promote fruit growth and not other part of a set of the plant. If N is too high since fruit set the plant will foliage and no fruit.
