Where is this plant planted (i.e. boggy nouns, desert garden, typical flower garden)? When does it bloom (i.e. spring, summer, fall)? How tall does it get? Can you donate a picture? Please?

Could it be a variety of a Cana Lily, Hibiscus, Cinquefoil, or Red Cardinal Flower? Many taller Lilies have variety with red flowers. It may also be a variety of Echinacea.
