I own a few spots on my patio where on earth the grass have be torn up and i be wondering if i could? just throw down some grass seed in those places??? i didn't know...

Answers: a little 16/8/8 wouldn't hurt (golf course starter).......you will hold to keep it moist for a few weeks when the temp. is above 65 for germination....take home sure you get fresh pip from a good place ....outdated seed that have been stored is worthless.......unsurprisingly straw or burlap to protect from birds and help next to moisture.......sod would be easier on a small area......and variety sure you prepare the area by rake and tearing up the surface....I other buy a little topsoil and throw it over the seed and I ge tmuch better germination rate.....polite luck
scratch it up correct with a rake, later put down seed and cover next to straw or a bit of mulch. Plant the seed in a minute. It will germinate in spring.
