Is this good? because the ground be drying out every 2 hours because of the sunlight hitting it. Now I won't have to river as much because it isn't drying out as fast. Just planted it at 4:00 centralized time. Is this correct??

You will enjoy to water every hours of daylight when you don't get rainfall. You might want to cover the seeds next to some peat moss so they don't dry out so quickly after you river or it rain. This will also prevent the birds from ingestion some of the seeds.
