I also have a grapefruit tree. Fertilized indistinguishable. Watered the same, near large sweet and tender fruit. Oranges small and shriveled. what am I doing wrong.
Answers:    Hi...I live in Litchfield

Could be several things.

1) Something is affecting the roots and they are not competent to access nutrients as well as up to that time. Sometimes molds, bacteria and insects can attack the roots and raison d`¨ētre the tree or plant not be able to access ample nutrients, or cause make worse to its root system.

2) You were watering during the light of day when the Hot AZ sun caused it to evaporate faster.

3) You fertilized too overdue or too early. Fertilizing or using mess when the tree has fruit or flowers will any kill the flower or fruit, or will mete out it to shrivel and brown, in that the tree wishes to spend its crack of the best, so it will opt to kill the flowers and fruit it already have, however some does survive to become shriveled or brown inside

4) You have developed too much sodium/salt within the ground essentially dehydrating the plant just approaching you only drinking soda instead of river.
