I think you scrounging Lobelia. These grown from tiny seeds, and are usually planted contained by groups rather than individual plants. You go and get upright or trailing sorts. Even though at hand are several plants together, they will grow o.k. Hope this helps.

If I am understanding your interrogate, you are looking for a free form Labelia. Seeds after they germinate will automatically turn into plugs. You could purchase some seeds and plant them directly into the ground.

You should know how to find them if you have local nurseries or garden centers. Many nurseries and garden centers will trade them in one gallon containers. The gallon container size will own a more established root system then a plug size. I hope this have helped.
