I live knoxville and enjoy this tree within my courtyard that have little berries on it their similar to night blue what is it?

Mulberry, most likely. If it's an evergreen, it could be a cedar. Mulberry fruit can look like "droppings" when on the ground. A bit messy but a great tree! Could also be a huckleberry tree - do they look approaching blueberries?
