Answers:    My pepper haven't sprouted yet in Houston, any, but I hadn't been consistently watering them. I sprayed them with a combo of marine and Miracle-grow yesterday. They are growing, and I'm hoping the fertilizer will help them. :) How much sun do they get?

You could other dig them up and put them in big pots that would get hold of more sun if you need to.
