I have been shifting the water every three days so as the bamboo do not bring back stagnent,
the roots have grown quite long and some of them are going yelow,is this this ok or should I cut voice 6" off and if I did that would new roots grow, or would they diy.
If I did this be I cut the bamboo would new shoots grow

I have have mine for years, I love it. I planted it in soil. I water when I remember and it is still doing great. It is contained by a small pot just enough to support the plant.

I merely change the water once a year your over doing it. I own had bamboo within the house for twenty years(wife is Chinese) so we know what were doing!
