I heard that taking a dump in your garden can bring increased plant growth, is there an truth to this?
No manure from meat eaters is safe for plants. Only plant eaters nourishment is safe for plants. It will rot and cause particularly harmful bacteria. Hear of the salmonella outbreaks within tomatoes and lettuce? This was likely cause from sewage water in the crops. you dont want to do that it can incentive diseases by passing along diseases in the feses. and never plant a garden over a septic reservoir
It might but what it is more predictable to do is contaminate your vegetables. Using human feces to fertilize was once a common practice contained by Asia. That is the main reason that hepatitis is endemic in that. The practice was eliminated contained by the 60's and 70's but the consequences are still being felt. Definitely not a biddable idea. have you hear about an organism called E COLI?.

you don't run a dump in your garden... or anyone's garden!... out in the woods, it's required, but not near human habitation!!.from long time ago, people know this wasn't a good idea... even when they didn't own running water and toilets!... outhouses and ditches did the job... not gardens!

human feces have nothing in it that does anything honourable for plant growth. now, cow and horse and rabbit and chickens' manures, that's different. they work appropriate..
Answers:    Human feces is actually outstandingly good for plants BUT very detrimental (biohazard) to human & animal life since it usually contain harmful bacterias & virus that are excreted out of human body. Proper septic treatment is necessary before it can be successfully used as innate fertilizer or compost. There has got to be a simpler treatment system to convert this WASTE into GREEN. Hope you or one of us can invent one.
Try it =D No not with the toxins we put in our bodies.
