I only in recent times started growing stuff out of curiosity last year. I started a pepper plant from the seed out of a pepper from the grocery store, but it was too past due in the season for it the fruit to ripen.

Now I'm growing ginger trees from seeds... In CANADA contained by the WINTER :).

This spring I'm going to try planting some pumpkins, I'll try sprouting a mango pit I got out of a mango, and anything else I can carry my hands on.
