Answers:    Dig it up and re-plant it. Be sure you go as much root intact as possible. I'd add some fertilizer/food to the soil where on earth it's transplanted to.
The tallness is not critical. What is important is how wide open the tree is and the diameter of the trunk. If you are keeping this tree in your patio and just moving it, marine it heavy for 3-4 days. I would a short time ago keep a slow trickle at the foot of the tree for 3-4 days to hydrate the tree well while you choose where on earth to move it. It is suggested to start with two foot on each side of the trunk for a trunk 3" contained by diameter , and to add one foot for respectively additional inch. Another proposition is to look at the dripline of the tree and come in one foot from the outer dripline and after start digging it out. DO NOT CUT THE TREE SHORTER!! you need adjectives the leaves to help nurture the tree and stimulate the roots. Do not fertilize the first year! Keep the root area of hot spot very raining (saturated)for atleast a week and then river liberally throughout the rest of summer. This is a poor time to move things, but you hold a good arbitrariness if you keep it raining. Suggest that as you dig and pry roots up that you use burlap or an ancient blanket to bundle under roots . This keep from lots of disturbance of dirt loss and it keeps roots from getting tattered while you move/drag tree to new destination. You can head off the blanket or burlap in place and bury it next to the roots and it will rot away in the first year. devout luck! Keep it wet!
