Answers: just vacate water surrounded by a bucket i would not leave it outside though due to tart rain but saw that it will be ok for tadpole so go ahead here is no easy track to make algae but u can speed up the process by eliminate the clorine in slap water you simply need to buy clorine control from any fish shop you get near you hope this help
