Thanks for your answers!
just about adjectives perennials double their size in about a year...my black eyed susans haven't started blooming all the same where I'm at but my Parents live 2 inutes from me and have tons blooming. Normal bloom time is anywhere from June to September usually I regard. Maybe try. http://www.perennials.com I'm in Michigan and mine doubled in size after the first year and continues to spread drastically well. Leave the seed head on in the fall and the birds will munch through it and spread more for you. Bloom time July-September.
Rudbeckia fulgida. Stems are going on for 15" long, flowers are about 6" across, borne from mid-summer to mid-autumn. There are other varieties which grow bigger than this, but you tend to find them contained by other countries, not UK.
I grow the variety sullivanti Goldsturm because they're easy!
Of course, if you confer on them all autumn and winter, they come back subsequent year and are even bigger.
PS: I am a total amateur, so I hope you get some good, professional direction.
Answers:    June to sept is flowering time.if it's grown from seed it will realize full height in behind time july about 4ft 120cm.
Next year grow in biggish pot from core indoors, seeding in unsettled february, bring out in early may and it will be full height above sea level in early june and flower contained by early june.(it flowers less whilst growing)
Where I am, they have buds on them now and look approaching they will start blooming in the next 2 weeks. Mine double every year.
