My nephew received a cabbage plant sapling from his teacher yesterda. The plant is of the O.S. Cross series. It's a gigantic cabbage that can grow anywhere between 40-50 pounds, maybe even heavier than that. The instructions said the plant have to be fertilized and watered weekly. Please tell me how much dampen should I give the sapling. Any guidance is needed.
Answers: A lot will depend upon where it is planted and how much rainfall you are getting, and as you would expect the size.
If it is in capably drained soil, or in soil that doesn't acquire wet when it rain, it will need to be watered day after day.
If it is in soil that retains moisture it will not require watering outstandingly much to begin next to.
You keep the soil moist, not so much the leaves.
I would suggest a hose down spike.
alot because a cabbage is made of like 80% marine.
