How much does a young at heart oak tree cost? ...

Answers:    An acorn will grow to 2 ft the first yr. What size tree do you want? If you want a 5-6 ft tree, think just about digging one up from the wild. Keep contained by mind: Oak trees have the hardest of woods, so the roots are harder, too. Dig in the order of a 3 ft diameter hole , for a 5 ft tree.

Or, you can get one, next to balled roots, from a local garden store, or landscaper. Landscapers are cheaper, as what they have is usually moved out over from a job.

Good luck.
Nothing if you plant an acorn yourself. You'd be surprised subsequent year when the little shoot comes up.
Yours from its birth, and the knowledge that it could outlive you by hundreds of years.

As someone else mentioned, you could other dig one up, but mind your Ps and Qs, over here (UK) there are law against digging up wild plants. Some are protected.
