There are a great variety of types of potatoe near variations on the length of their growing time. Answers: It depends on the variety, but thumb of rule is from aroun 120 to 150 days before you can start harvest. Usually you start harvesting when the leaves start dying off. You can verbs early to have small potatoes.
Careful when you verbs them up, they are root tubers and very shallow growers. DO NOT wash them stale, just brush off the excess dirt and store them contained by a dark, dry, cool place.
