We want to plant a garden in an older horse pasture, but not too sure if the manure have sat here long enough that it will not burn. Thanks

Good Growing!! (phew)

:) The Muse P.S. I tolerate it sit over winter and then spread it contained by the spring.
I have used horse muck in gardens. It is not the glorious nitrogen manure that cow or sheep is; so, unless it is fresh from the source (like this week) you should be OK. By the opening, it really isn't as effective as other types, but does aerate the soil if roto-tilled contained by.
