Answers: Our greenhouses are a whole city block and are a small operation.
Large operation like those within the Niagara region in Ontario are usually copious many acres and enjoy multiple sites.
The largest I've seen be a hydroponic tomato grower with 20 acres underneath glass. I'm sure near are larger. RScott
