How far down do rose bushes roots walk? I'm wanting to put in a rose bush contained by a corner...

I'm wanting to put in a rose bush contained by a corner garden I have contained by my front yard. However, here is my delima. The river main to our house is more or less 6 feet lower than my garden. Should this be a problem or do I not worry in the order of it? That one spot is the only place I can surmise to put it. Thanks so much.
Are within drought-tolerant trees contained by the savanna?
Answers:    I wouldn't worry more or less it. The 'tap' root of the rose does go down comparatively deep, but surrounded by all my years of experience I've never have a customer have the problem of rose roots unsafe any kind of plumbing pipes.
Help me please!?
Roses usually own one deep hit root and the rest are quite flexible and shallow. Even the stroke root should have no problem growing around the pipe - I've never agreed rose roots to invade or destroy any plumbing system.
