How does touch wet, bottled wet, soft wet, tonic hose down and distilled sea affect plant growth? if anyone knows, please oblige?!
if anyone knows, please oblige?!
Plants need moisture, cheapest wealth by rain..esp here! But if you want to pour pimms, pepsi, or lake hose down over them they will just engage any moisture and reject what they dont need..pity some yobs on our streets cant be alike! only transparent effect will be on your wallet! plants need nutrients so best to hose well and fertilize capably in the growing season...more or less now
I collect water contained by barrels made from soft drink tubs. The overflow goes to plants that stipulation extra water. I dip my watering can into the tub for garden watering. I connect a hose to hand the top. Menards has fittings that can be adapted to what is commonly call a bulkhead fitting. I install from the inside, and on the outside is a ball spigot unit. next to hose adapter. This year I added bottom fittings to facilitate draining at the end of the season. At that time I remove the tubs and replace the bracket on the roof drain downspout.
Rain hose down has some fertilizer formed within the thunderstorm process. Anyway, it is soft water minus nasty chemicals. Did you ever perceive how well the garden thrives after the precipitation?
Answers: as long as its not toxic it will be fine. Plants waste 80 % of the hose given too them anyway ( no one know why maybe for cooling ). If anything your distilled marine would be better for the plant as there is no chlorine which isn't the best for plants. Sometimes you can see around pools that the plants other copping the water splash tend to not do as honest as plants away from the pool
