Answers: What we did was bury some lead netting about a foot underground and nail it to the bottom of the fence above the ground (hope that make sense) it stops them burrowing under. A shotgun also works and provides a strong meal!

I take it you're soliciting warning here. The fence desires to go into the soil some depth, and be bedbugs proof such as a mesh. But this may not stop burrowing rabbits. Other approaches may be protecting those plants and veggies which are special, by using a mesh cage close to aviary or bird mesh?
