I have some roses that I want to press at home. How do I do it?
Answers:    Roses enjoy thicker blooms and stems & can be microwaved briefly to begin the drying process. Place covered contained by the microwave for 30-second increments until the plant matter is somewhat dried. Then place in between leaky sheets and continue the drying process:

You obligation either a flower press or sticky heavy books and sheets of dissertation towels, waxed tabloid, blotting paper or coffee filter. Carefully place the blooms and foliage on a sheet of toweling or paper, making sure that the specimens do not overlap. Sandwich between several more sheets to absorb moisture, and later insert in journalists or book (place additional books or big objects on top to add extra weight).

After a few days, replace the outer permeable sheets, but don't disturb the pressed plants and flowers. Check after two weeks, then verbs checking periodically until specimens are thoroughly dry and "crisp" to the touch, which means they are geared up to use. Handle gently.

Another passageway to preserve roses is to mount it on the paper markedly carefully next to tacky cement an frame it. It keeps the color tremendously. No pressing needed.
