How do you maintain birds stale a tree ?
The owls and snakes sometimes work, depend on the type of birds causing the problem. One item I've found effective is to hang aged or blank Cd's from string on the limbs. Or check with your local nursery, you may be capable of find shiny Mylar tape to hang from limb. The flashing light from these scare the birds rotten.
Other then that, loud scary noise at odd times might run them off. Buy a web, sold at most garden centers. covers the whole leaf branch of a fruit tree
If it is a roosting problem, shift out every night at dusk and make loud sudden noise. (i.e my favorite - slap two boards together, pop bags/balloons full of air, even firecrackers or shoot a gun in the upper air if legal where you are.) Then repeat it every 10-15 minutes if the birds come pay for to roost again.
Keep this up for a week or two and the birds will find somewhere else to roost.
Keeping them out of fruit trees can be more difficult. The netting is hard to hang surrounded by a way that makes it potent, but you can try. Some things to try (that may or may not work, but they are easy) is to buy a plastic owl and put in the tree, and my grandfather used to by fake rubber snakes and dissolve them around in his fruit trees.
Answers: If it's a roosting tree I have no clue except learn to live beside it...
After all they have to own a place in this world too.
If I can learn to live next to the moles and the dandelions because the benefits outweigh the negatives then you should revise to enjoy the birds.
Benefits
Dandelions can be beneficial to a garden ecosystem as well as to human vigour. Dandelions attract beneficial ladybugs and provide early spring pollen for their food.(1,2) In a study done at the University of Wisconsin, experimental plots with dandelions have more ladybugs than dandelion free plots, and fewer pest aphids, a favorite food of the ladybugs.(2) Dandelions long roots aerate the soil and enable the plant to accrue minerals,(3) which are added to the soil when the plant dies.

Mole Benefits
Moles are significant contributors to soil ecosystems: ˇ°their tunneling and mound-building activities aerate and mix soil layer and provide drainage. Moles also eat large numbers of insects, insect larva, and other pests.ˇ±(2)

On a positive note the birds eat the insects within the tree and the yard plus the ecological benefits of the tree to the floor.
If you search the internet like I did afterwards you should be able to find a reason to be grateful!
Good Luck!
you can't unless you cut down the tree~~ Buy a gun
