I have a huge over grow grape vine that is epidemic. I would like to take some of it beside me should I move. Is it possible and how is it done?
My vegetable garden soil examination showed too much...
Answers:    If you have time, try "layering". Peg a vine to the ground after scraping for a moment of the bark off the bottom, (scrape something like 1 inch )and bury with dirt, about 1-1 1/2 inch insightful. Keep the vine attached to the original plant. Keep well watered until it roots, afterwards cut it loose and dig it up. If you don`t have time to hang around, take SEVERAL cuttings and dip them in rooting hormone and plant contained by moist potting soil.
