I've got a small potted Jade plant. I find that moderately often some of the leaves dry & shrivel up eventually falling sour.
Answers:    A jade plant needs to stay rightly warm. It doesn't have need of to be watered often, but if you see the leaves start to be smaller number than firm, a good drink is within order. Be SURE that your plant is contained by a pot that has drainage holes, and that it NEVER sits surrounded by water for more than an hour. Succulents contained by general don't resembling to have "drizzling feet." Keep surrounded by in a bright location, nurture it with a plant food intended for cacti and succulents, and it should be a elated plant :-)
Generally a succulent plant like a Jade plant is pretty clear near basic nurture, like dampen and sunlight and you can tell from the size or leaves, their colour and shape. It is slightly normal for the leaves to shrivel & dry up turning a silvery brown colour so long as they are the leaves on the bottom or lower parts of the branches. Just brush them bad the plant and clear them out of the pot. If it is a large problem I'd try misting the plant every hours of daylight or two and maybe giving it for a moment more water.
