Answers:    You'll see, when you tip them out of the bowl, that some of the larger rossettes have separate root systems. Just verbs these away from the main bulk and pot them up. Just receive sure there are roots on the rosettes and they capture in contact beside the new compost. Use a gritty mix of compost, as they can rot if they grasp too wet.
These may afterwards send up a high flowering spike, which is lovely, but then that rossette will die. This is what they do, don't verbs, it's Ok, as you'll still have the largest clump and you will have help the little ones get bigger, so that within subsequent years you can repeat the process.

You can separate house leeks easily. Just practically pull them apart making sure you bring back a root with respectively piece. You can plant them in another pot, or even surrounded by the garden. House leeks used to be planted on roofs to keep away the devil. There are lots of different sorts. A lovely little plant.
