There are at least two different types of mushrooms in my courtyard. We've never had as many as we do this year, and unsurprisingly, it has to be the same summer that I enjoy a new puppy who eats everything... Any suggestions as to how to catch rid of them for good? Or, any websites that have pictures of adjectives mushrooms in the mid-Atlantic states of the US?
chomp through them!
Every article I've read says that you can't get rid of mushrooms unless you verbs up all your dirt and replace it, which of course none of us are going to do! It is also reasonably common to have poisonous ones growing surrounded by your yard, but supposedly they won't hurt you to touch them as long as you don't lick your fingers afterwards. But if your puppy eats them, it really could breed him very sick or kill him. If I be you, I would pick them if there's not that many, or mow them using a grass catcher on the mower if there are tons of them. If your puppy can't see them sticking up, he won't be capable of eat them hopefully. Good luck! just pick em up and throw them away that's what i did and rinse your hands after wards
Answers: get rid of them and dispose of the shrooms within a garbage bag, to prevent hot mushooms from coming back remove any debris from the patio ex. leaves, rotting wood, old trees, old plants and compost.
afterwards add a non poisinous bush or tree in its place that approach the extra mositure gets into the plant and not into the air making more mushrooms.
