I have just this minute got a few (4) Sago Palm Plant Seeds. I am not sure how to really plant them if someone could assistance me out, i dont know if it is suppose to be the tip pointed up or down.
Answers:    The seeds germinate efficiently with two tricks. Seed position is not important. You enjoy to be sure to remove all of the pulp from the seed (which may already have be done), then soak the seed for two or three days, changing the wet daily. There are germination inhibitors surrounded by the pulp which will leach out in the wet. Then you need to scarify or cut the seeds. On one ending of a seed, using a sharp axe, cut a piece of the seed coat rotten of the seed. The pip will not germinate until the seed coat rots adequate to allow water to enter the nut. As you will see, sagos have terribly hard core coats, so this happens slowly in need nicking the seed. I germinate some last year and in recent times planted nice full gallon pots a couple of weeks ago. I think it took going on for a month for the seeds to germinate within warm weather.
Tip up,but soak them overnight surrounded by warm sea, then plant contained by a mix of potting soil, sand, and vermiculite(for outdoors) or perilite.Don't put any fertiliser in them, they won't want it for a few years.
