How do I pick my herb...where on earth do I verbs them from? I got a herb garden today that have Rosemary, Thyme, Chives...

I got a herb garden today that have Rosemary, Thyme, Chives and Dill. Do I pull the unharmed stem off or only the leaves?
Answers:    For the rosemary- pick off the leaves. don't purloin too many at a time because that will construct your plant unhealthy.

For the chives- I am not sure because my Garden doesn't have chives.
