I have 3 rose bushes. 2 of them have something i.e. eating at the leaves. the leave that are mortal ate are closer to the bottom of the bush. the leaves have wholes in them and eventually are completely gone. Please lend a hand what do I do or use?

It is a systemic combination insecticide and fertilizer. The plants take up the chemical into the plant itself and makes the plant toxic to insects when they try to drink it. It lasts about 6 weeks. Either of these should pilfer care of your problem.
