create in my existing bed. It is a yellow lantern magnolia that receive sun in the morning and the unsettled afternoon. How can I tell how much shade it will create for the plants around it? They are already surrounded by partial shade and I'm afraid that the magnolia might push them over the frame when it matures. Does anyone hold any thoughts?
Answers: If you are like me, you are running out of room to plant. If the Magnolia get too big, move the flowers.
