I recieved a gift second weekend of a potted plant which is actually an olive tree. I'm clueless when it comes to gardening. Do i confer on it in the pot and hose down it like a everyday plant or do i plant it, if so when? I live in Ireland and we don't hold the hot climate i'm only guessing you necessitate to grown one of these. Any suggestions welcome! Thanks.

Olive trees are deeply slow growing generally and consequently will be a long time before you will enjoy to replant it.

Do not overwater as they are resistant to reasonable drought conditions (they grow within countries that are hot and dry). Once a week should be enough, but not too much.
