How do i personal ad calcium to my tomato plants? my plants are needing calcium

my plants are needing calcium
I used to mix contained by some lime with the soil around the plants.

need calcium?? Who says so. I've never heard of tomatoes need calcium, and I've been gardening for 50 years You can buy bone meal at the garden center
Answers:    Add lime or bone meal to the soil.

I'm guessing your plants are showing blossom failure rot, where the bottom of the tomato goes gooshy or even woody. This is truly a physiological problem with calcium mobilization that's caused by letting the soil draw from dry between waterings. You won't see that unless there's sort of a drought-and-drown watering cycle going on.

Use a good layer of mulch to even out the soil wet fluctuations, and you won't have trouble with BER.
