How can i report to if my compost is ok to use? it have things growing surrounded by it? it's in a backyard bin next to the bottom cut out. ...

it's in a backyard bin next to the bottom cut out. it gets turned once or twice a week beside a twisty gadget that brings the bottom stuff up to the top. it's got to a degree decomposed stuff like egg shells and leaves but save for that it's not bad smelling.. it's not too dry or raining and it's nice and black. i just notice this morning that there are a few white shoots starting to poke through the top too (under the lid). it's be in near for a good few months very soon (i have another bin indistinguishable that i'm using for new oddments that's nearly full). could anyone let me know if they suppose it's as good as it's going to draw from now or whether it wishes to be left for longer? also what's the settlement with the shoots? i'm current to all of this but am enthusiastic to get it right coz i've get kids and want to use the compost to grow veggies too. i just want to trademark sure that there's nothing that could do any damage. thanks folks.
Answers:    Plants will grow within your compost, it's just seed from food you put in or weed that you threw in nearby. Just pull the plants out, or not. One year we get volunteer tomato plants this way, and another year we grew gourd vines that produced approaching mad, right out of the compost bin.
There is zilch harmful surrounded by using your compost. If you have nice black stuff that smells verbs, you can use it. Just sift out the stuff that has not finished putrid and throw it back into your modern bin. Use the compost on all of your plants, it's great.
THATS THE IDEA ISN'T IT!
