We are looking for ideas of how to enhance the area we chose for our goblin garden. I would like to hang on to it fairly simple as the children are childish.
I like Kim's answer, but how going on for keeping one area for 'secret treasures'? I used to store my junk jewelry surrounded by the backyard and have my grandkids find them. It be fun.

Your children are infantile, so think surrounded by terms of shapes and colors. Have them pick out near favorite shape and color. Talk about doing flowers, or vegetables or even herb. Let them pick out the plant or plants they want to use. One of the goals of doing a garden near children, is a hands on approach. Children love playing within the dirt, so allow them to help prepare the soil, and also permit them plant the garden. Talk to them about how they requirement water to survive, and so do plants. I would be content to help you next to your children's garden if you need more suggestions. Browse through the research center section and see if you can find some design that would help you. Answers: maybe choose a small nouns on the corner of your yard and buy some items to variety stuff and hide them some where on earth in your courtyard and when your kids find the stuff you and your kids can make anything your kids want to.
