someone told me about that and i needed to know everything about it.
I have a neighbour that have had planted and harvest blue or purple potatos. I live in the Maritimes, right subsequent to Maine.

As far as obtaining pip, the only provider I could find (albeit enormously quickly) is Johnny's Selected Seeds of Maine. Here is the link:

I could not find a Canadian provider of kernel potatos for this variety. American companies mostly cannot ship seed potatos across the border because of concern for spreading disease.

Hope this help!

Many post order companies that trade vegetable seeds, recurrently carry other vegetable roots and tubers. Blue potatoes grow resembling other potatoes.
Plant a peice of the seed potato making sure it have at least one 'eye'. Plant 6 to 8 " thoughtful in sandy loam after vulnerability of frost and as leaves appear six to eight weeks later, hummock over with soil. The potaoes will be all set to harvest contained by late summer. Complete instructions come near
any seed potatoes purchased. You can even plant them surrounded by a deep container if you don't own a large garden nouns. Keep watered well, pick bad any potatoes beetles and larva as you see them and you get 8 to ten potatoes from respectively plant.
Answers:    True Blue potatoes are a range of potato that have bluish-purple coloured flesh inside.

It will grow one and the same as any other variety of potato, although I'm not sure how adjectives it is to get seed for them here in Canada.
