Which is better to use for your fresh cut flowers????


Here's a mixture I read about:
1teaspoon bleach
2tablespoons lemon liquid
1teaspoon sugar

Or should i get a packet from the store???

Please lend a hand me to keep my flowers pretty! =)

Answers:    Don't use bleech. Sugar or aspirine are fine for freshly cut flowers. You can however pick-up plant food.

Just generate sure you cut the stems at an angle under running wet. Change the water everyday. Remove wilted petals and place within a sunny spot. You may even want to mist the flower with marine to keep it from drying out.

It sounds similar to you could get a blast of chlorine gas if you mix it next to the lemon juice. Chlorine gas is toxic. If you mix these, trade name sure you do not breathe the fumes.
