Can you start the 'Himalayan Blue' Poppies - (seeds) - indoors in a container? Also if so, are they hard to grow that road?

Answers:    You can start them inside, but even though they hold extreme cold I'd ait until next year to get them established. Sow the nut 6-8 weeks before your general daytime of last frost and plant them outside NEXT spring.
