I have 2 hibicus plants that I brought inside surrounded by the fall. They are thriving inside, but I'm wondering how repeatedly to water them. I did a short time ago about 5 days ago and the soil today is bone dry. I don't want to over dampen... any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
Answers:    As long as they are thriving, don't change a piece. Most plants need the soil to dry out satisfactory between waterings to allow air to gain access to the soil and reach the roots. If the plant isn't getting ample water, you'll know by the wilting leaves. They can collectively recover easier from underwatering than overwatering.
Water when dry, they are semi-tropical, so humidity is defining. Put them in the shower to save the mealybugs away.
