Hi there,
Grew 3 plants from nut on the window cill, parsly, thyme and basil. The basil is the individual one still flourishing and have planted loads of cuttings, the parsley and thyme spoilt.
What are my chances if I buy some of them on bloom?.
Would they enjoy a better survival rate, also should I keep them within their pots indoors in thaw conditions.
Appreciate your answers.
Thanks.
Answers:    plants in bloom usually enjoy better chances than plants from core, but if the others sprouted, the difference is probably not much.

Different plants require slightly different levels of buoyant, water, etc. Most starting point gardeners show the same attention to adjectives their plants. You might try the parsly and thyme in some other windowpane, but if that fails, possibly you should stick with what you do best, and see if anything else can thrive beneath your normal trouble conditions.
Thyme requires full sun to thrive, and so does parsley. That is probably why they did not survive in the porthole, especially if you have modern window that block the sun's rays.
