Help please? i have of late started to take up the hobby of growing...

i have of late started to take up the hobby of growing plants but i grain i have made a mistake.i single put soil in partly the pot and it doesnt look to healty,i was merely wondering wat i should do,,i was thinking of putting more soil surrounded by the pot or puttting more soil in another pot and transfering the plant..

i dont no wat to do so any aid would be appreciated

Answers:    Do not add more soil to the top of the plant contained by its original pot. It is better to verbs the plant to another pot that has soil added to it, (underneath the root zone) and so reducing the possibilities of suffocating the seedling. Water immediately after transplanting to lessen shock. No fertilizer is necessary as the strange soils should have plenty of nutrients, however, after making sure the transplants enjoy taken hold, then thoroughly mild fertilizers can be added.
