My cedar bushes are shedding stuff in GIGANTIC blobs that LITERALLY look resembling orange jello it is everywhere! my bushes are within the sun just within case you want to know. but it is shedding from underneath the bush.

If so, it is Cedar Apple Rust Galls. It is a fungal disease that needs both Cedar AND Apple trees for its natural life cycle. It doesn't hurt the cedar trees, but it does hurt the apples. Apple trees get Apple Scab from which make the fruit look bad, so it can't be sold, and it harms the leaves, which can eradicate the tree over time.
