I live in the UK and concluding summer I got a small bougainvillia for my conservatory. It did really in good health and produced a flush of beautiful pink bracts for months, but over Christmas they adjectives shriveled up and fell off, as did the leaves ! I didnt modify how I looked after it - wonder will it recover? It's in recent times bare stems contained by the pot now. Should I cut it rear or what should I do with it?
Answers:    This is what wiki say "They are evergreen where rainfall occur all year, or deciduous if in that is a dry season'

I live in Australia and at hand are lots of bougainvillea in my garden, they grow resembling crazy in summer if they hold water but not much at adjectives in winter.

My husband cut one of these plants put a bet on with a chainsaw from a huge bush to a short time ago two sticks and it has regrown actively and is covered in flowers.

So, beside your plant- it sounds like it is experiencing it's unconscious cycle, I would prune it back and hope it recover when you get some more temperature and light near.

Definitely not regarded as an annual within Australia!
Maybe an annual in US if you are contained by a state that has snow?
I'm a landscaper/groundskeeper by trade. Here contained by the U.S. bougainvillia is marketed as an "annual" plant.I don't meditate she's going to come back, disastrously. But, if you don't mind to wait,&provide some TLC,you may catch a colorful surprise in the Spring.I wouldn't cut it fund yet.Scratch the yelp & see if you have ANY green inside the stalks. If you see any green, treat it approaching a new baby&see where on earth it goes.{Don't hold your breath.} Best of luck.
