Hi i have Bamboo planted surrounded by my garden for 6 years. This winter the Bamboo went a terribly dark colour and the leaves appeared to hold died. We are just entering summer and it still looks resembling this apart from the odd tiny green fern. Is this dead? I do not know what type of rattan this is i know its not giant but its between 6ft and 15ft tall. Can anyone abet im reluctant to cut it down. I live in the UK

Answers:    Sounds resembling it got a bit of frost bite. It will soon restore your health in the thaw out weather, give it some pasture feed very soon, bamboo is a grass as expected.
