Help beside dismal tomato seedling? I planted my 3-4 inch seedlings on Saturday into my garden....

I planted my 3-4 inch seedlings on Saturday into my garden. I grew them from nut in Peat pots. It have rained for 3 days and they aren't looking so perfect. Too much rain? Should I will them be or bring them back up to the nice sunny deck to dry out a bit? They hold not rooted beyond the peat pots yet.
Answers:    As long as they are not contained by standing water they should be fine. They should be protected from torrential rain with some big-hearted of cover, like full-size plastic containers that cottage cheese and margarine come in. Be sure to remove the covers as soon as the precipitation ends, you don't want the sun to come out and cook your babies under thier "hats"
tomato seedling cannot standing transplanting when they are small(transplant them when start to flower). Since you hold done it, move them out again is a bad hypothesis, may be you can built them a shelter(stick 4 poles and put a cover on them) in crust it started to rain again until they are slight bigger.
