Help beside growing bell pepper and radishes? Nothing I've searched surrounded by Y!A has this same bell pepper...

Nothing I've searched surrounded by Y!A has this same bell pepper problem. About six weeks ago I planted a couple bell plants. They grew other for all of a week consequently all the leaves fell past its sell-by date. I planted again a month ago. Growing beautifully, lots of blossoms forming, but contained by the last week partially the leaves have fall off again. Never happen to me before. My boyfriend lives 12 miles from me, same piece happened to him. What's going on? Can I fix it since it's too late? I've grown (tried to grow) radishes for five years. Used lime, triple 13, miracle gro, peat, even potting soil, adjectives at different times. Never got anything to develop below ground. Bought different kind of seeds from different stores, zilch helped.
Answers:    Call your local county extension department. They're the people who know adjectives about soil, watering, what grows when and where on earth, when to plant what, what kind of plants are suited to your nouns. They may not even need a soil token, it might be a problem in the nouns they already know about and can speak about you what to do. Those guys and gals are great, they know about your specific nouns, and their information and help is FREE!
I own no answer. But I have alike problem. I live in thailand. I plant pepper everywhere. Some do fine and most do the same as yours. The ones planted contained by partial shade come across to have better percentage. And thats adjectives pepper species. Radishes grow great leaves but no root. I am thinking of giving up on them. Dakon Radishes are cheap and available here , so better to buy them already grown.
