I brought 7 Japanese Boxwoods; After 1 week, three of the boxwood leaf completely turned wan;

Here is step i took when i planted them:
I planted them at the edge of my house; I dugged a hole something like 2 times the pot; I spaced the Boxwood about 1.5 foot apart each other; I put within new garden soil near a scoop 13-13-13 fertilizer; consequently I put mulch on top of the soil after bury the boxwood; I watered twice a week contained by the morning; My boxwood just dont seem to stay alive; When I brought them, the gardener told me that they are really easy to give somebody a lift care sour; What have I done wrong?

if the leaves are turning yellow you are watering them to much stop watering them twice a week and try doing it once a week see what happen.
